How do I Sign up?

Use the links on the home page for the Sign up page. Complete the form with your company contact details and submit. Once our team has reviewed and accepted your application, your account will be activated at the beginning of May and you will be able to book taxi journeys online through your account.

Client Support ?

Global Taxi Networks client support team can personalise your unique account for you. Have all of your regular taxi journeys implanted into your account for easy booking.To avail of this service, simply request by email to info@globaltaxinetworks.com

How do I book a journey?

You must sign up to the site in order to book a journey. Once your account is approved, you can log into your account and book a journey from there. You simply enter your journey details in our easy to use booking form and our system will process your route and give you a price for your journey. You then pre-pay for your journey online and our system will give you a journey voucher. When your driver collects you at the start of your journey, you give him the voucher. No more worries, no more hassles - just pre-booked, pre-paid taxi journeys online.

Can I book a taxi to pick me up anywhere in Ireland ?

Yes. You select the pick up point and drop off point. The system will calculate the precise price of your journey. You pay online through Realex our online secure payment provider and your booking requirement is sent to the taxi company nearest to your pick up point. The taxi company then fulfills your booking request.

How can I be sure the taxi will be there to pick me up on time ?

All of our taxi providers throughout the country have been carefully selected by the Global Taxi Networks team. They are the most reliable and professional taxi companies in the country according to extensive research and background checks conducted by our research team. Unexpected delays are out of their control and every effort will be made to fulfill your requirements nationwide. All of our taxi provider companies use forward fleet planning and can anticipate any delays in advance and make whatever arrangements to pick you up on time.

Can I order a specific type of taxi to pick me up ?

You can order standard taxis, mini-buses, wheelchair accessable taxis or executive taxis. A surcharge is payable for executive vehicles. You may request a specific type of vehicle (Mercedes, Audi, Toyota)in the additional requirement section of your booking and if the vehicle is available it will be sent to you as requested.

What is the surcharge for the credit card facility ?

There is no extra surcharge for this facility. You create your journey, we give you the exact price and that is all you pay for. There are no hidden extras.

How can I be sure your service is cost effective ?

1. Our rates are highly competitive. 2. You do not pay for traffic conjestion or diversions. 3. You are invoiced on-line directly to your email, so no more lost receipts. 4. Each individual account holder will have on-line administration of expenditure. 5. Reduction in administration costs as all details can be exported to excell for auditing. 6. All accounts are up to the minute correct on-line. 7. Access to a national network at last.

What happens if I book a taxi to pick me up at an airport or train station ?

On receipt of your booking our professional taxi provider in that area will assign the required vehicle your booking. Before you arrive at the airport your flight arrival time will be confirmed by the taxi company with the relevant airport. Your driver will try and phone your mobile number to make contact with you. If this should fail, your driver will be visible at the arrival gate to "Meet & Greet" you displaying your name and/or company. You will be escorted to the taxi and our drivers will be happy to help with any luggage you may have with you. Be sure to wave at the people queueing for taxis outside as you are brought to your destination for less !!!

How far in advance can I book my taxi ?

12 months from today. If you know you are going to fly to Cork Airport from Dublin Airport and you require taxi services at some point, you can now complete your journey at the click of a button. Example 1. Taxi from home/business to Dublin Airport 2. Taxi from Cork Airport to home/business (Book reverse taxi journey by simply clicking that option and our system automatically orders taxis for you.) 3. Taxi from home/business to Cork Airport 4. Taxi from Dublin Airport to home /business.

Can I book a wheelchair accessible vehicle ?

Yes, wheelchair accessible vehicles are available, however in the event of one not being available at your requested booking time our taxi provider in that area will contact you with alternative arrangements.
